    This is my passion! She’s a beauty, my only advice if you were interested is melt dat cheese till it runs off the sides, as far as I understand it as an amateur it’ll enhance the flavor profile of the cheese. If you’re wondering how to do that, add a splash of water to the pan or flattop and cover so the steam melts it quick without drying out the meat. Also that crust on the beef is gorgeous.
